A Coaching Journey
A coaching programme normally consists of an initial meeting (known as a Chemistry session) prior to the roll out of the formal Coaching programme which is likely to comprise 5 one or two hour sessions over a period of 3-6 months.
Initial meeting and MBTI
The Chemistry session allows both sides to meet each other and ensure that we can work together as a team to reach those ultimate Coaching goals and objectives.
Thereafter, a coaching contract is drawn up to confirm the objectives for the Coaching programme to follow, which could include the use of tools such as MBTI, or Strengths Profile
What happens next?
The following sessions will initially focus on past career and personal history, before moving onto future objectives and options. The aim is to provide context as to the current state of your career/ life, and then work on objectives, and actions to move the client forward with what they want to achieve in the future. There are a number of different exercises and tools which can be used to assist with the coaching programme, but THE KEY to good coaching is great chemistry and a desire from the client to want to be coached!!
Once the initial programme contract is completed, an additional programme can be drawn up if required.
Please contact Kate for a fee schedule (including travel and meeting room costs) for your bespoke coaching programme. Kate is flexible about locations for meetings across London. She will travel across the UK for her coaching clients if required, and provides an increasing number of coaching sessions and programmes online, which gives more flexibility and scope around the coverage of coaching sessions.
